- Oxygen therapy & ABG basics

- GI bleeding (upper vs lower approach)

- Pancreatitis & IBD

- Electrolyte imbalances (Na⁺, K⁺, Ca²⁺)

Day 3 – Neuro + Renal + Pediatrics
Morning: Neurology
- Stroke/TIA (management timelines!)
- Seizures
- Headache red flags
Afternoon: Renal & Urology
- AKI vs CKD
- Acid–base interpretation
- UTIs & obstruction
Evening: Pediatrics
- Milestones & growth
- Pediatric emergencies
- Common infections

Day 4 – Obs/Gynae + Psych + Emergency + Final Review
Morning: Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Antenatal care

Afternoon: Psychiatry & Ethics
- Depression, psychosis
- Capacity, consent, confidentiality (VERY testable)
Evening: Emergency Medicine + Wrap-Up
- ABCDE approach
- Sepsis, anaphylaxis, trauma basics
- Rapid-fire revision of weak areas
👉 Final: 1–2 full mock exams + deep review
