• Pneumonia, PE
• Oxygen therapy & ABG basics

👉 End with 50–100 MCQs + review mistakes

Day 2 – GI + Endocrine (High-Yield Heavy Day)

• GI bleeding (upper vs lower approach)
• Abdominal pain differentials
• Pancreatitis & IBD

Afternoon: Hepatology

Day 3 – Neuro + Renal + Pediatrics

Morning: Neurology

• Stroke/TIA (management timelines!)
• Seizures
• Headache red flags

Afternoon: Renal & Urology

• AKI vs CKD
• Acid–base interpretation
• UTIs & obstruction

Evening: Pediatrics

• Milestones & growth
• Pediatric emergencies
• Common infections

Day 4 – Obs/Gynae + Psych + Emergency + Final Review

Morning: Obstetrics & Gynecology

• Antenatal care
• Obstetric emergencies (e.g., eclampsia, PPH)
• Contraception & common gynae issues

Afternoon: Psychiatry & Ethics

• Depression, psychosis
• Capacity, consent, confidentiality (VERY testable)

Evening: Emergency Medicine + Wrap-Up

• ABCDE approach
• Sepsis, anaphylaxis, trauma basics
• Rapid-fire revision of weak areas
