RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At SK Health, we are committed to delivering high-quality lectures and educational services, both online and in person. Please read our return and cancellation policy carefully before making a booking.

In-Person Lectures – Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 14 business days before the scheduled lecture to be eligible for a partial refund, subject to an applicable cancellation fee.

Cancellations made within 14 business days of the scheduled in-person lecture are non-refundable.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at contact@skhealth.ae with your booking reference.

Online Lectures – Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 14 business days before the scheduled online lecture to be eligible for a partial refund, subject to an applicable cancellation fee.

Cancellations made within 14 business days of the scheduled online lecture are non-refundable.

If you experience technical difficulties during a live session, please contact us at contact@skhealth.ae. Refunds in such cases may be offered at our discretion.

Individual Tuition – Cancellations & Refunds

Fees paid for individual tuition sessions are non-refundable. This applies to individual or one-to-one tuition bookings, regardless of whether the student has attended or commenced the scheduled sessions.

Once an individual tuition booking has been confirmed and payment has been made, the fees cannot be refunded.

Refund Process

We will notify you once your cancellation has been reviewed and inform you whether a refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
