At SK Health, we are committed to delivering high-quality lectures and educational services, both online and in person. Please read our return and cancellation policy carefully before making a booking.
In-Person Lectures – Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 7 business days before the scheduled lecture to be eligible for a partial refund, subject to a cancellation fee.

Cancellations made within 7 business days of the scheduled in-person lecture are non-refundable.

Online Lectures – Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations for online lectures are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the online session are non-refundable.

If you experience technical difficulties during a live session, please contact us at contact@skhealth.ae. Refunds in such cases may be offered at our discretion.
Refund Process

We will notify you once your cancellation has been reviewed and inform you whether a refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
