Our original one-day workshop is designed as an introduction to practical ultrasound. For participants who want more time to learn, scan, practice and build confidence, we also offer this 3-day Ultrasound Skills Workshop.

The course combines online preparation before the workshop with three full days of intensive, hands-on training.

You will complete the online learning material before attending the practical sessions, allowing the three days to focus heavily on scanning, image acquisition, interpretation and instructor feedback.

Before the 3-Day Workshop — Online Preparation

Before attending the practical course, participants receive online learning material covering the essential ultrasound knowledge required for the hands-on sessions.

You will be expected to:

• Complete the online learning material
• Review ultrasound fundamentals and terminology
• Learn basic machine controls and knobology
• Complete the required online quiz

This ensures everyone arrives with the necessary theoretical foundation and allows the 3-day course to focus on practical scanning rather than spending most of the time in lectures.

The 3-Day Hands-On Course

The emphasis throughout the course is on scanning with supervision.

• Basic musculoskeletal ultrasound exposure

The additional time compared with the one-day workshop allows participants to repeat examinations, practice techniques and receive considerably more individual feedback.

The 3-day course is designed to give you a solid general ultrasound foundation.

For participants who want to develop specific skills further, we offer separate dedicated practical workshops, for example:

MSK Ultrasound — Dedicated Workshop

A separate hands-on day focused specifically on musculoskeletal ultrasound, anatomy, scanning techniques and clinical applications.

Vascular Ultrasound — Dedicated Workshop

A separate practical day focused on vascular ultrasound, including venous and arterial applications, Doppler and clinical assessment.

Additional dedicated specialty days can be developed according to demand and the interests of the group.

You don’t need to cover everything in one course. Build your skills progressively — start with the Basics, then add dedicated MSK, Vascular or other specialty training days according to your needs.
